Lemon Garlic Salmon

Prep Time: 10 min | Cooking Time: 15 min | Serve: 4

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon steaks

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp rosemary, chopped

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • Salt & Pepper

Directions:

  1. Place salmon steaks into the bowl.

  2. Add remaining ingredients on top of the salmon steaks and coat well. Cover and set aside for 40 minutes.

  3. Preheat the oven to 380 F/ 190 C.

  4. Place salmon steaks in the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes.

  5. Serve and enjoy.
