Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients:
4 large bell peppers, halved and seeded
450g ground beef
125g diced onions
125g diced tomatoes
125g grated cheese (such as mozzarella or cheddar)
Salt and pepper to taste
Garnish with parsley or basil (optional)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a large pan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until it is fully cooked and browned.
Stir in the diced onions and tomatoes and cook until the vegetables are tender.
Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
Fill each bell pepper half with the ground beef mixture and top with grated cheese.
Place the bell peppers in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the peppers are tender and the filling is hot and bubbly.
Serve hot and enjoy!
