Simple Turkey Patties

Prep Time: 10 min | Cooking Time: 8-10 min | Serve: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg white

  • 450 g ground turkey

  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 tsp dried basil

  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

  • ¼ tsp paprika

  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & Pepper

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together meat and remaining ingredients until well combined.

  2. Make circle patties from the turkey mixture and place them onto a plate.

  3. Heat a pan over medium heat.

  4. Add the patties to the pan and cook for 8-10 minutes. Turn halfway through.

  5. Use patties in a burger, sandwich or enjoy them next to your favourite salad.
