White Bean Salad

Ingredients:
1 can white beans, rinsed & drained
1 small onion, chopped
1 ½ tbsp parsley, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ tsp smoked paprika
8 black olives, pitted & sliced
½ green bell pepper, diced
75 g jar roasted red peppers, diced
3 tbsp olive oil
1 ½ tbsp red wine vinegar
Salt & Pepper
Directions:
In a large bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, parsley, garlic, paprika, pepper, and salt.
Add remaining ingredients and stir well to combine.
Serve and enjoy.
