Choco Oat Muffins

Ingredients:
80 g oats
½ tsp baking soda
125 ml water
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
35 g coconut sugar
100 g almond butter
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 F/ 180 C.
In a bowl, mix together almond butter, coconut sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and oats.
Add water and stir everything well and let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
Spoon batter into the greased muffin pan and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
