Mixed Berry & Banana Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup organic frozen mixed berries

  • 1 small ripe banana (sliced)

  • 2-3 Tbsp almond milk

Toppings:

  • 1 Tbsp shredded coconut (desiccated)

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds

  • Granola (optional)

  • Fruit (optional)

Directions:

  1. Add frozen berries and banana to a blender and blend on low until only small bits remain.

  2. Add almond milk and blend on low again until the mixture reaches a soft serve consistency.

  3. Scoop into a serving bowl and top with chia seeds, hemp seeds, coconut and other desired toppings (more berries, banana and granola would be delicious and nutritious too).
