Garlic Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 400 g mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt

Directions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

  2. Add mushrooms to the pan and sauté for 3-5 minutes.

  3. Add garlic and parsley and sauté for 1-2 minutes more. Season with salt.

  4. Serve and enjoy.
