No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

Ingredients:
1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine the oats, almond butter, maple syrup, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
If using chocolate chips, fold them into the mixture.
Press the mixture into a square baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or until the bars are firm.
Cut the bars into squares and serve.
